These terms apply when you use Claw Way to deliver AI agents and services to your own clients ("End Customers") under your brand.
As a reseller or partner using the platform (a "Reseller"), you are solely responsible for all end users, clients, or customers you onboard, provision, or manage through the Services ("End Customers"). You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and the accounts of your End Customers, including but not limited to content hosted, data processed, applications deployed, usage, communications, and payments. We do not have a direct relationship with your End Customers and are not a party to any agreement or arrangement between you and them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of your End Customers, including identity, contact information, account activity, and billing history. When you collect payment from an End Customer, you must also collect at least the End Customer's full legal name and sufficient identifying information to manage the account and to handle disputes, chargebacks, or regulatory inquiries. You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, data protection, consumer protection, and record-keeping laws in connection with your collection, storage, and use of End Customer information.
You are solely responsible for all aspects of billing and payment in connection with your End Customers, including setting prices, issuing invoices, collecting payments, processing refunds, handling chargebacks and disputes, and remitting any applicable taxes (including sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar). We are not liable for any disputes between you and your End Customers regarding fees, payments, refunds, or service levels. You agree that our payment obligations are solely to you as the Reseller, and under no circumstances do we have a payment obligation to any End Customer.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, and/or the access of any of your End Customers to the Services, at any time, with or without prior notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to: suspected fraud or abuse; violation of these Terms; any activity that poses a risk to the security, stability, or reputation of the Services; failure to pay amounts due; or any legal or regulatory requirement. Upon suspension or termination, you are solely responsible for communicating such action to your affected End Customers and for handling any consequences, including data retrieval, migration, or refund obligations to them. We are not liable to you or any End Customer for any loss or damage resulting from suspension or termination under this section.
Claw Way is a fully managed platform. We handle the underlying server infrastructure — including the operating system, networking, SSL certificates, and system updates — so you can focus on your applications and customers. You and your End Customers interact through the provided dashboard and API surfaces. This managed model ensures security patching, backup integrity, restore reliability, and platform stability without requiring you to manage server-level configuration.
You may install applications, plugins, and integrations on your service instances only through the Claw Way App Marketplace. Applications are reviewed for security and compatibility and must declare their permissions, network requirements, and data scopes. You are responsible for reviewing application permissions before installation and for any consequences resulting from installed applications, including data exposure, performance impact, or service disruption.
You are solely responsible for all content, data, applications, and materials that you or your End Customers create, upload, host, store, transmit, or process using the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. While we provide and maintain the infrastructure, we do not control, monitor, or endorse the content you or your End Customers place on it.
